Frequently asked questions
Does Seguia message my clients for me?
No. Seguia drafts the message and you send it from your phone. It never sends anything on its own.
What happens to my chats?
They're stored encrypted and only your account can see them. Chats of people you discard or mark "do not contact" are deleted right away. We never sell your data or use it to train AI.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Email hello@seguia.app and we'll export or delete it within 30 days of confirming your request.
How much does it cost?
The pilot is free and no card is required. If there's a paid plan later, you'll see the price first and we'll never charge you without your consent.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No. It works with regular WhatsApp or Business, on iPhone or Android, and with your text contacts too.
